Writes output of beagle as output from impute (interface bealge/impute for Battenberg)

This function writes a table formatted as a vcf to the drive for beagle5 to run on

writebeagle.as.impute(vcf, outfile)

character string path for output from beagle

outfile

character string path for impute-like outputfile
